You might be wondering, why is there Oslo if it's a year probably before Oslo was called that? Let me tell you, the lore in this worldbuilding surrounding all of the Scandinavian countries is so weird in the way that is funniest possible to me. It's basically like, the United States doesn't exist in this world, but the closest equivalent is the Scandinavian countries who are combined in a sort of federation called the United States of the Scandinavian Republic. I think it's funny even if you don't. Also I used to tell people I was a "Norwegiophile" because I think its so funny, like how people are Anglophiles or Francophiles where they're really into the culture of a certain place, but it's just funny because Norway is such a random country to be obsessed with. Mostly I've just always been a really intense Fridtjof Nansen fan.

So today I cooked some awesome beef with Korean BBQ sauce and it was so good. I was inspired to make it by my intern for this comic who is Korean and always posts photos of his awesome food and it looks so good, but I've never been able to go to a restaurant and eat Korean BBQ meats because it isn't kosher, so I got some sauce from the store and cooked it with some beef and it was so wonderful. I used cholent meat which usually needs to roast/simmer for many many hours before it becomes softened, so it ended up kind of tough but still very delicious.
